A Copyright License Agreement is part of this registration form. It is a legal agreement, so please read it carefully. The agreement is between you and the San Francisco Symphony. It is giving YOU (licensor) ownership of the copyright of the lesson plans you create, and it gives the San Francisco Symphony (licensee) the right to post them and use them, and to allow others to use them. Also, the SFS will exclusively defend the copyright on your behalf. In addition, it specifies how the lesson plans will be credited. [If you would like to add a logo (your school or county office, for example) you can do so.]
